This project involved the supply of explosion-proof junction boxes designed for use in hazardous industrial environments, where safety and reliability are critical.
The enclosures were engineered to support secure termination and distribution of field wiring across Zone 1 and Zone 2 areas. Built using SS316L stainless steel, the junction boxes provide strong resistance to corrosion and are well-suited for harsh operating conditions commonly found in oil & gas facilities.
Each unit was configured to accommodate specific project requirements, including varying terminal arrangements and cable entry provisions. The internal layout was structured to ensure organized wiring, efficient space utilization, and ease of maintenance.
The scope included precise Assembly of all internal components, ensuring proper integration and consistent build quality across multiple configurations. Features such as bottom cable entries and essential accessories were incorporated to support flexible installation and long-term performance.
